Sunjay's presentation on 'What's Holding You Back' was inspirational. I believe it will help our team take a step back, be creative with our solutions, and focus on how we can make things work rather than why it won't. He was prompt to arrive and even helped set up the tables for our event! He went with the flow and participated in later presentations as well. Sunjay spoke at a leadership conference that I was invited to (COLS)! It's 2 weeks since I heard him speak and I still think about the things that he taught me (and the funny hand trick). Thank you for encouraging us and teaching us that it's ok to stand when others sit.
