Vibrant, enthusiastic, funny, genuine and charming at the NAFA presentation and on stage in Baltimore. It is such a skill having a room full of people in front of you and really connecting with everyone. As a member of your audience I felt as if I was getting to to know you. You were warmly sarcastic, professionally familiar and all of this was done with a sense of story telling joy. Honestly, you were brilliant. What a refreshing change. I think in my personal note to you I compared you to the bubbles in lemonade that make your nose feel fizzy and bring on that smile. That breath of fresh air when you open a window, you are all of these things. Thank you for your time. Wishing your continued success. There isn't enough smiling in the world...so thank you for your super power. I certainly smiled all day, as I thought about the things you talked about.
