Voice your ideas before someone else does and before you’re left kicking yourself for holding out. When you have a great idea, take some action toward making it happen. Regardless of who you are or what you do, at some point someone is going to think you are crazy. One of my favorite quotes reads: “Those who dance are fools, those who watch are fools. Might as well dance.” Go out there and dance.
