A friend of mine used to always quote something he read on a pop bottle: “No deposit, no return.” This was when you used to be charged a deposit to pay for the bottle and when you returned the bottle, you got the money back. He thought this was a wonderful philosophy to live by: no deposit, no return. If you sit around and do nothing, nothing will come. If you work hard, and set goals, your deposits will lead you to your dreams.
