Did you know that you can quite easily train your body not to need an alarm clock to wake up? Try it. One night as you are going to bed, pick a time that you want your body to wake the next morning. You may need to play a little head game with yourself and have a really good reason for wanting to wake up at that time. If it is really important to you, your brain will wake up your body. If it doesn’t work the first time, be patient, it might take a few attempts. Also, please don’t begin working with this idea the night before a morning interview or playoff game.
